I absolutely LOVE the look of an all white outfit with a pop of accessories. There’s something about it that just looks so fresh. And fresh is exactly the look I’m going for after a loooong winter.

I’ve been eyeing this look for a while now, but I haven’t been able to find a white skinny pair of pants that I actually like. Story of my life. I’ve only tried on a dozen.

Good pants are hard enough to find, and then you add the white AND skinny criteria to the mix, and it’s next to impossible!

Now unfortunately I happen to work right next to the Joe Fresh department. And it just so happens that Joe Fresh has super cute clothes. I mean, I love being right next to a clothing department, but there’s just toooo much temptation to browse after work.

Plus it’s affordable, which makes it even more tempting.

And then you add PC points (AKA discounted prices) into the mix?

I’m screwed.

So after having these white pants glaring me in the face for a few weeks, I finally broke down and tried them on. You know how it goes with the skinnies. Everything is going nice and smooth until they hit the hips. Then BOOM. That’s usually where it ends for me.

But these pants went on surprisingly smoothly. They got some extra points for that factor alone.

AND they weren’t see through! Add on some more points.

After all, I don’t really want anyone catching a glimpse of what’s underneath my pants.

Is that too much to ask?!

I started picturing all the tops that I had in my closet that would go perfect with these pants. So after doing some daydreaming in the change room, I finally decided to get them.

I already had this airy white top, which I had bought the previous year at….you guessed it…. Joe Fresh. Another moment of weakness. But let’s not talk about that.

Then I just added some cute little white Zara heels and an infinity scarf from Winners and it’s become one of my new favourite spring outfits. The sunglasses and bag add a little extra personality too!

What’s your favourite look for spring?
